Job description:
We specialize in automation and systematization to improve business efficiency and profitability by implementing and configuring HRM/CRM/ERP systems. We are looking for an integrator due to expansion.
Requirements:
- experience in project configuration of at least 5 CRM systems (we use KeyCRM);
- experience in integrating CRM with websites on Shopify, Horoshop, Tilda, Wix, Weblium, Shop-Express, OpenCart, WordPress, etc.;
- experience in integrating marketplaces such as Rozetka, Prom.ua, eBay, Etsy, Allo, etc.;
- ability to format and import data from xls, csv files;
- ability to format data in HTML (basic level).
Personal skills:
- ability to learn quickly;
- ability to show initiative;
- ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely, thoroughness, systematic approach, responsibility, punctuality, ability;
- teamwork skills;
- ability to set tasks clearly and understandably.
- "Business culture" skills:

if you don't know how to do it - ask;
if you can't meet the deadline - inform in advance.
Would be a plus:
- ability to create a Telegram bot.
Responsibilities:
- perform integrations and configurations according to the technical task;
- communicate with the client (report on the implementation of the technical task and ask questions if necessary);
- support new and existing clients during implementation and usage stages;
- provide training or create instructions for clients on system operation;
- "Service" communication with the client.
Working conditions:
- salary: 5,000 UAH/month + project-based (estimated 10,000 - 15,000 UAH/month. the number of projects depends on your skills). The more competencies you have, the more projects we can provide;
- schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00 — 18:00;
- dedicate at least 2 hours per day to work (we will track working hours);
- full remote work;
- project rate and hourly rate based on billing per project;
- hourly rates from 300 UAH, depending on qualifications;
- absence of micromanagement.
