🧠 Your role
You are the main connecting element between our system and bloggers.
We are looking for not just a manager, but a strong salesperson who can:
• attract bloggers with an audience of 10k+
• negotiate, build interest, trust, and deals
• establish a systematic sales process
• support and assist partners
• think strategically and see growth opportunities

🔧 Tasks:
• Search and initial selection of relevant influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Conduct dialogues, present FitPlateAI, work with objections
• Negotiate terms of cooperation
• Assist in launching the first sales
• Maintain reporting in a convenient CRM
• Build and optimize the sales system (having experience will be a big plus)

✅ Skills and experience:
• Experience in sales for at least 1 year
• Experience working with bloggers or sales through social networks — a big plus
• Persuasiveness, results-oriented
• Structure, business correspondence skills, and product presentation
• (A plus) Experience in building funnels and setting up CRM
