Who are we?
We are the team of crypto enthusiasts CHILL INVEST. We have our own closed community ProfitX with a monthly subscription (75+ members), a Telegram channel with an audience of 10,000, several YouTube channels (totaling 31k+ audience) and partner communities.
We are making systematic earnings in cryptocurrency: inter-exchange scalping, liquidity pools in Solana, investments, and other areas.
Previously, we launched training programs in trading and arbitrage, and now we plan group training on liquidity pools (and later on inter-exchange scalping). We need a person who can help package and conduct such launches, as well as systematize the sale of access to our closed community.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an online training producer/marketer — a person who can take on the organization and management of launches, building the processes of “new audience → warming up → sales”.
Work for a percentage of sales (10-15%). We are ready to work with a person with potential, to teach, guide, and help them enter the niche. Salary is discussed only after a test task and understanding of what results the producer can achieve.
Producer's tasks
- Development of the launch strategy for the info product (course/training/workshop).
- Creation of a step-by-step warming up and sales plan.
- Formation of a team (search and selection of contractors if designers/traffic specialists/editors are needed).
- Management of the process: coordination of all participants and deadlines.
- Market analysis: competitors, target audience, product positioning.
- Creation and setup of sales funnels (including Telegram bots).
- Product packaging: together with our team, preparation of landing pages, presentations, content.
- Promotion: organization of free/paid traffic, working with partner communities.
- Monitoring and analytics: tracking metrics (views, leads, conversion, sales).
- Risk management: solving problems during the launch process.
- Systematization and automation of processes (so that the model “new audience → warming up → sales” works continuously).
What do we offer?

- Support and assistance from the team: we already have a sales manager, curators of areas, content creators, editors, designers.
- Training in the process — we will guide you through all internal processes, but we expect initiative.
- Flexible schedule and remote format.
