About the role
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite developer with SuiteScript (JavaScript) experience to develop custom scripts for managing commission processing in the NetSuite Incentive Compensation module. This project requires advanced scripting capabilities to handle complex commission calculations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility in commission payments.
Scope of work
✔ Develop custom scripts using SuiteScript to process commissions based on various structures. ✔ Implement automated weekly commission payments, including support for partial and split payments. ✔ Customize scripts to support multi-tier commission structures. ✔ Ensure full integration with the NetSuite Incentive Compensation module. ✔ Optimize and test scripts for accuracy, scalability, and performance. ✔ Provide technical documentation and post-implementation support.
Required skills and experience
✔ Extensive experience in NetSuite development, particularly SuiteScript 2.0/2.1. ✔ Knowledge of JavaScript for creating NetSuite scripts. ✔ Experience in developing and optimizing custom scripts in NetSuite. ✔ Familiarity with commission processing and incentive compensation structures. ✔ Understanding of workflows, integrations, and financial modules in NetSuite. ✔ Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance in NetSuite scripts. ✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
