The women's fashion brand Middle segment is looking for an initiative and stylish SMM specialist with a modern vision.
We need a person who can work with aesthetic visuals, ensure daily brand activity, and achieve stable organic audience growth.
Responsibilities:
- Daily posts on Instagram (posts and stories).
- Creating Reels (2–3 per week).
- Forming and updating the content plan.
- Preparing timely reports with analysis and recommendations.
- Generating new ideas, topics, and visual concepts.
- Selecting and processing photos/videos from provided materials.
- Working with product descriptions and links.
- Working with AI: generating realistic fashion visuals + ++
- Searching for UGC creators, communication, and result control.
- Finding models for shoots.
- Organizing photo and video shoots (brief, references, task setting).
- If you have skills in self-shooting photos/videos — this is a big plus.
- Ensuring organic audience growth through quality content, correct formats, and relevant Instagram tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in SMM for at least 1 year (experience in fashion is an advantage).
- Understanding of Middle segment aesthetics: modernity, minimalism, clean visuals.
- Initiative and proactivity — the ability to propose ideas without waiting for instructions.
- Skills in creating Reels (editing, trends, staging).
- Confident ability to perform analytics and form recommendations.
- Responsibility, working within deadlines.
- Aesthetic taste and attention to detail.
- Skills in working with AI (AI visuals).
- Experience working with UGC or organizing shoots — an advantage.
- Understanding how to organically grow an audience with quality content and activities.
