Web designer
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic and/or web design
Knowledge of principles of composition, contrast, balance, and alignment.
Understanding of color theory and typography;
Ability to create responsive designs for different platforms (mobile versions, desktops, social media);
Understanding how design conveys emotions and perception of the product
Ability to work with corporate styles, create logos, color schemes, and other brand elements;
Understanding principles of creating layouts for printed materials, brochures, flyers, banners;
Creative approach to work, ability to create various graphic solutions, work with a team;
Previous experience with mailing services (Sendpulse/Zoho or others) and familiarity with their tools (email formatting required). If you haven't worked with this before, training will be provided.
Ability to work within tight deadlines, organize workflows to complete tasks within multitasking and deadlines.
Advanced use of AI in work (PLEASE specify in your resume which AI services you are familiar with)
Experience with marketing is a big plus (Know what CTA, CTR are, how to retain reader attention through design)
Primary responsibilities:
Design of banners, presentations, protocols, brochures, pop-ups, printed materials, landing pages, email letters, and others
Work with websites (we have three)
Replacing banners
Designing new pages
Email marketing
Designing emails
Maintaining order in folders with design materials
Work with YouTube:
Developing cover designs for videos
Uploading videos to YouTube
