With Alexey it was easy to build contact and work process. Therefore, I was very pleased to the moment that, three weeks before the project was submitted, Alexey refused to continue the work on the project, motivating his burden on the main work.
We found a solution and delayed the previously agreed deadlines, but a week before the project was submitted the situation repeated and this time we couldn’t resolve it, despite all my efforts and proposals.
The project work was not actually done and close to the amount that was to be in accordance with the delivery deadlines.
The result is that I got into a critical situation with my project, as the deadlines failed, the customers leave me for this reason. The huge money is lost from all sides (as even the foundation I can't take for the continuation of the work and everything to rework is necessary).
Nothing personal, you can understand everything, but my customers have not yet understood me.
