Web application for project accounting

I am looking for a full-stack developer to help create a web application for managing construction and renovation projects. The application involves adding and managing projects with user roles and logging.

I am writing the preliminary tech stack below, but this is negotiable with the candidate. The main thing is that you can write clean, understandable code.

Experience in implementing a similar project is also important.

Backend:

• NestJS (Node.js) + TypeScript
• PostgreSQL + TypeORM / Prisma
• JWT + RBAC (user rights management)
• Logging (Winston/Pino)

Frontend:

• React + TypeScript 
• UI framework (MUI, Ant Design or similar)

Project functionality:

✅ Personal account with user roles (administrator, accountant, supplier, foreman, etc.)
✅ Ability to create and manage projects, deals, objects
✅ Interface with filtering, sorting, and editing data
✅ Logging of all user actions

Work format:

• Fixed payment for stages or hourly
• Long-term cooperation
