The execution managed not to fulfill the task.Before signing a contract for the execution of the works on the site, the executive requested instead of 10 days - 13 (3 days extra).After discussing the conditions, the executive began to work.According to the agreement, the main page was fully in working and functional condition needed to be shown in two days, but the executor happened some force majeure and the main showed on the 3rd day.Looking at the outcome of the work, I noted the shortcomings that I found on the page, and most of the functionality was not implemented at all.In the end, the executive promised to fix everything, do it, etc... But for the fourth day nothing was done.The executor only did what he calmed - I'll succeed, a lot of time until the end of the delivery, don't worry... He wrote that it's not a problem for him and he'll do it even in 2 days.At the beginning of the 5th days, the artist wrote not worry about everything I do, I write an adaptation... But for the 6th day everything on the site without changes and the artist again has a force-major - temperature.A week after the start of the work on the site, on the question - when you can see the finished main - the execution replied that it works on the site as a whole - while the adaptation was never done.On the 10th day, the artist asked how to implement some function + send an icon - everything was provided and the icon and instructions how to wrap - nothing has been done so far - why I had to ask - remains a mystery.On the 13th day the routes were not introduced, no adaptation, the main was not completed.The executor assures that he will do everything and asks for additional time until the morning.I went to the submissions and wrote that ok, time until 12:00 pm.If nothing happens, we break the contract.As a result, the artist wrote in the morning that he did not calculate the strength and at the same time did nothing in the given additional time.Why should I ask for time if I didn’t intend to do anything – it’s also a mystery.
