SMM Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Development of content strategy
🔹 Analysis of the target audience and competitors
🔹 Creation and maintenance of a content plan (topics, formats, publication frequency)
🔹 Formulation of key messages with a focus on lead generation
2. Management and development of social networks
🔹 Facebook – creation and promotion of content, working with comments and direct messages
🔹 Instagram – publications, stories, reels, working with hashtags and audience engagement
🔹 YouTube – uploading and optimizing videos, working with descriptions, ...
3. Generation of incoming requests (leads)
🔹 Creation of content with clear call to action (CTA)
🔹 Use of pain triggers and solving customer problems
🔹 Development of advertising creatives and texts for targeted advertising
4. Working with engagement and reputation
🔹 Responses to comments and messages
🔹 Managing reviews, responding to customer inquiries
🔹 Interaction with bloggers and partners (if necessary)
5. Analytics and reporting
🔹 Tracking key metrics (ER, CTR, CR, CPL)
🔹 Analyzing the effectiveness of content and advertising
🔹 Suggestions for improving the strategy
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Experience in B2B / industry / automotive topics – will be an advantage
✅ Ability to create conversion content (texts, creatives)
✅ Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube algorithms
✅ Experience with targeted advertising (will be a plus...)
✅ Proficiency in analytics services (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) - (will also be a plus...)
