Large coloring book update

Sorry, this project was published by me a week ago, but now I have a better understanding of the requirements, so I am publishing it again.

Coloring book in the style of a Wimmelbuch. 100cm by 70cm. Theme: city map, more precisely, a map of the district. 

1. Isometry. It is necessary to create a coloring map that corresponds to reality. It is not necessary to depict every tiny detail of the architecture, but overall it should be recognizable. The drawing should be based on a real map, but I, as a non-professional, do not know which app provides a real map in isometry (and if such exists). 

2. Scale. Here again is a gray area for me. How much of the map can fit so that it is convenient for coloring, and what scale 1:100 or 1:10000, I do not understand. I need a person who will look at the map and say, "Yes, on 100 cm of paper you can fit from...to....". The size of architectural objects, in my opinion, should be about three centimeters in printed form. I provide a reference of how it should look in the attachments to this task (the photo with children is it).

3. A large number of details need to be added to the map. Besides trees, as in real life, there will be people and animals. There will be many real situations, but creativity and silliness should also be added. For example: a dog made a mess, an overturned shopping cart by the road, an avocado relaxing on the beach, little animals drinking coffee in a café. The density/number of details should be approximately the same as in the reference with children. What kind of graphics and style I want - I also add in the references.  Sorry, I do not know the name of the style. What I DO NOT want, I also add. It should be a bit crooked and adorable. What and who does what I will provide.

4. Quality/format: I need a finished file that I can send to the printing house without loss of quality. That is, at a size of 100cm, there should be clear thin lines. 

5. In the future, I have several (3-4) similar works. 

6. I am looking for a person who a) knows how to do all of the above; b) understands why I like what is in the YES reference and why I do not like what is in the NO reference. That is, it would be great if we have similar stylistic preferences, this will greatly facilitate communication. 

1. I do not have an approved budget. This is my own project, and I am looking for "I can do this for this amount of money and this amount of time." Although I already have a rough idea of how much it might cost.
2. From me: of course, timely payment. This is either PayPal or Monobank. Timely communication (that is, I will be available to discuss anything and as much as needed any day, but preferably in the first half of the Kyiv day).
