for the layout and printing of a trial booklet (insert in the 3D constructor set)**

1. General Information

It is required to perform layout, preparation of the layout for printing, as well as trial digital printing of the insert booklet for the assembly set of the wooden model of the Mitsubishi Zero airplane.

The booklet is a commercial product and will be included in the box with the model.

The theme is — the history of the Mitsubishi Zero airplane.

2. Format and Size

• Type: booklet / brochure

• Orientation: landscape

• Page Size:

  • width — 270 mm

  • height — 150 mm

• Number of Pages: 16 pages
  (8 sheets, folded in half)

3. Languages

The booklet is bilingual:

• English

• Chinese

All texts are provided by the client in ready form. Translation is not required.

4. Content

Used materials:

• text about the history of the Mitsubishi Zero airplane

• images and illustrations of the airplane

• headings, captions, final information page

All texts and images are provided by the client.

5. Layout Requirements

• neat, clean, and modern layout

• correct handling of bilingual text

• logical structure, readability

• compliance with margins, indents, and folds

• professional printing level

6. Printing and Layout Preparation Requirements

The layout must be universal for printing:

• suitable for offset and digital printing

• color model CMYK

• added bleed

• consideration of fold lines

• final PDF fully ready for print production

7. Trial Printing (mandatory)

After the layout is approved, the contractor must:

• perform digital printing of 2 (two) trial copies of the booklet

• carefully assemble the booklets (fold)

• check the quality of printing, colors, and alignment

8. Delivery

• Send 2 trial copies to the client

• Delivery method: Nova Poshta (or a similar carrier — by agreement)

• The address for sending will be provided to the contractor after the work begins

9. Submission Formats

The contractor provides:

• PDF file, ready for printing

• source files of the layout (by agreement)

• physical printed samples (2 pcs.)
