We are planning to create a new site on the next two weeks on the ocStore 3.0.

Зачем покупать шаблон когда, нужно сверстать на opencart. темболее многие модуля могут под этот шаблон не зайти. или требовать жесткого допила по шаблон что выйдет дороже

Такой функционал можно сделать и самомоу без использования шаблона, вам нарасказывали советчики которые ничего не умеют делать и не понимают и близко что такое вебстроение)) -
