Maximally irresponsible performer.
There was a task - to create a one-page website with 13 blocks, based on a simple design + there was an old website ready, from which some blocks could be taken. I constantly maintained contact and helped as I could. I made compromises (the next day - excuses started "the keyboard broke, lack of sleep, etc."..

At the beginning of the work - promised to complete it in 1 day, (I specifically set the deadline to 3 days to allow time for testing and other things), in fact - the work was only partially completed (desktop version of the site, without responsiveness and with broken blocks). However, I was ignored for 3 days, while being online and placing bids on other projects.
Until I opened arbitration and contacted freelance support, I was simply ignored.

The quality of the "partially" completed work is terrible, the code is messy.
I do not recommend collaborating with this performer at all.

The client is completely inadequate, the PSD layout was probably drawn by a schoolboy, not according to the grid, it flies, there is no normal structure and clear elements, his comment in the working area -

"You forgot to remove the php placeholder, I already fixed it. Overall - good work, but still needs responsiveness, a slider, and some moments (the icons are not loading in some blocks)",

and what he writes about quality and code, the code and quality of the work are good, I did Pixel Perfect, he doesn't even understand what it is and how it works, so the client contradicts himself and becomes rude. The fact that I didn't make it responsive is my fault, however, he could have partially paid for the work and not scratch garbage in the reviews that contradict his comments in the working area.

I do not recommend at all, a rude person who does not appreciate the work done.
