2. В работе нужно использовать препроцессор sass, компиляцию нескольких файлов в один, минификацию файлов css и js (наличие исходников без минификации нужно будет). Чтобы по итогу было минимальное количество подключаемых файлов к html документу.
Если сказать короче, то применить gulp в проекте.
