1. Plan Change Page
The button in the "Why" block design is correct only on the mobile version, so use it. "What is Home Care?" leads to the corresponding page.
The FAQ block shows the question immediately, and the answer appears when clicked.
Lead form.
All three fields are mandatory.
First Name Last Name
Initially, the hint in the field is "First Name and Last Name."
Validation: only letters are accepted - if trying to submit an empty form, it won't send and a hint "The field is empty" appears.
Phone number format: +1 is displayed immediately, followed by XXX-XXX-XXXX, a total of 10 digits (excluding +1).
Initially, the hint in the field is "Enter your phone number."
If the phone number field is not filled correctly, it lights up in red, and a hint appears saying "The phone number you entered is incorrect, please check again." The form should not submit with an incorrect phone number and should display the information mentioned above.
Address
Initially, the hint is "Address."
Manual address input.

2. How to Get a Card Page
No extra functionality, same lead form as on the homepage.
Add FAQ block from the homepage below the lead form.

3. What is Home Care? Page
Use photos from the first layout of this page.
Carousels are not automatic, only slide when clicking a button or swiping, showing the next slide as in the layout.
The first button is correct: "View Service List."
The "Become our client" button anchors to the lead form.
After fixing the main page, which is already published but difficult to translate properly: Make the first block on the mobile version of the main page taller (longer) as in the layout. Set up the admin panel for easy text editing; ACF is installed but works strangely. Complete the lead form. In the Medicare form, display input as XXXX-XXX-XXXX. Finish the bonuses section (load this code with a slight delay to not affect page loading speed). Bonuses are optional, but when clicked, a menu for selecting cards with a close button appears. After selecting 2 cards or one, clicking "Select Bonuses" closes the menu, and their system name is displayed in the field. Links should correspond to the respective pages: What is Home Care - leads to the Service page. Anchor on the service page - What is Home Care. Bonus cards - how to get cards page. ATTENTION!!! The site is trilingual, and the admin panel should allow the admin to enter text in all languages in intuitively labeled fields without any HTML on the admin side.
