для чого вам той бутстрап?

Для верстки на bootstrap надо минимум макет иметь на auto layout'ах. А то получается макет сделали как захотели, а верстку пожалкуйста по структуре. В таком случае верстка уже будет не по макету.

Між елементами в сітці повинен бути відступ 15px (padding). Якщо це так, то реалізуємо з макетом на бутстрапі, а ні то можна col прописати свій відступ.
Згоден з тим, що якщо вимоги бутстрап, то і макет повинен малюватися під нього.
