In my project, the terms of partnership work were clearly indicated. The freelancer was probably inattentive when leaving a bet on the project. Yes, he was always in touch. But we did not understand each other. And another programmer said that what I paid for (and I paid for what he did by the time I decided to refuse further cooperation) is done very quickly and simply and does not cost so much.
At work - just the same simple layout designer who typesets clearly according to the artist's design. But after all, a website is, in principle, a creative work. And sometimes an artist may not take into account everything that may arise in the process of layout. Therefore, I consider editing a normal thing and a creative process. As Ilya did not think, and many others ... But to make a website / landing page quickly and according to the finished drawing and not expensive - he can do it.
