Website layout on the latest version of Bootstrap

Need to create a layout for 1 page (this is the first page of a large website) using the latest version of Bootstrap.
Project requirements:
1) Layout strictly according to Bootstrap and in the latest version
2) Do not use <...style=""... > in HTML, only classes! All styles should be in the stylesheet
3) Use header structure from H1 to H6 from top to bottom
4) Add hovers to buttons.
5) Add hovers to blocks in the layout, and also hovers to menu items
6) Adapt for tablets and phones according to the Bootstrap grid at your discretion (we can agree on this during the process)
7) Make the mobile menu a hamburger
8) Name the main CSS file main.css, and the main JS file core.js
9) Be prepared for the site to be checked in all 4 browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla, Opera).
10) All images should be in SVG
11) Link all libraries in HTML with URL links
