I have reviewed your design (background image/gradient, animation, contact collection form, timer). I understand the task: it is necessary to "bring to life" the layout, add smooth animation, and implement a timer that can be controlled from the admin panel.
I propose two implementation options:
Option 1 (WordPress – recommended)
A lightweight theme is installed + a builder (Elementor or Gutenberg) or a custom page template.
… The timer is implemented through a custom ACF block or via a plugin with the ability to set the end date in the admin panel (for example, "Finale," "Countdown Timer," or a custom script with a field in the theme settings).
Animation is connected via CSS/JS (smooth appearance of blocks, movement of elements during scrolling or loading).
The form collects data (Full Name, Email, WhatsApp) – it can be saved in CRM or sent via email using WPForms / Contact Form 7.
Option 2 (Pure HTML/CSS/JS)
The layout is exactly as per the design, responsive.
The timer is in pure JS, but without the ability to change the date in the admin panel (the date is hardcoded). If an admin panel is needed to manage the date – only WordPress.
What I do:
I reproduce the design 1-to-1 (pixel perfect).
I add modern animation (appearance, parallax effects, movement of elements).
Countdown timer (days, hours, minutes, seconds) with the ability to change the final date in the admin panel (for WP).
A form with validation and data submission to email/Telegram/CRM.
Adaptation for mobile devices.
Deadline: 3-5 days.
Cost:
HTML version (without admin panel for the timer) – 150-200 USD / 6000-8000 UAH.
WordPress (with admin panel for the timer, form, easy management) – 250-350 USD / 10000-14000 UAH.
