Я и сама разрабатывала сайты на Joomla, Wordpress и Opencart, но эти варианты не подходят, так как приоритетное задание-страницы должны супербыстро загружаться. Тут подходит вариант с генератором статических страниц Strapi+Hugo и допустим, Next.js или сайт на фреймворке (например Laravel)

Ясно. Но тут важно понимать, что платформа - это лишь общее рабочее пространство, оно не определяет скорость и качество само по себе. Я видел множество сайтов на ларавел, реакт или ангуляре, которые еле грузились.
