Virus removal / repair of 2 WordPress websites - an admin account is created with news publication

1. Both have a virus - modified main pages (only in Ukrainian), and an admin account is created from which uncontrolled news publication occurs. The news page has been deleted - but links to it have started appearing on the main page.
2. The hosting is under heavy load - support indicated that too many requests are coming from Google indexing.
Access to hosting is available for both sites. Access to the admin panel for info has disappeared, there is a backup.
The task is to identify the cause, remove the virus, install antivirus, with confidence that the problem will not return again.
