Job essence:
•Orders come to our website (you do not engage in searching for orders and cold calls) You call and confirm the order: where to deliver, clarify the size of the clothing, fully consult the client.
•Accept orders on the incoming line
•Call to follow up on refusals (why the person refused the package)
•Call reminders (to pick up the package from the post office)
•Dialogs in messengers
•Additional sales of products
All sales scripts are available
Comfortable workplace with air conditioning and a young team aged 19-26
Preferably with experience in sales or calls, but if you have no experience, we will teach you everything.
Required: communication skills, hyper-responsibility, ability to work in multitasking conditions.
We do NOT CONSIDER internships/temporary/remote/part-time work
Office work from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, lunch from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. 5-2 (2 weekdays off, Saturday-Sunday working).
