We will issue Windows RDP with remote access for 5 desktops, and each employee will be able to connect to you. The only thing is that the power costs more because a processor and RAM are needed for work, and they are currently in short supply and not cheap. I cannot guarantee that we will fit into the budget of 5000 hryvnias to avoid glitches; at this price, only outdated equipment can be offered, but maybe a more budget option will be suitable for simple tasks.

Olexiy, good afternoon. The task is clear: a single remote workspace with 1C is needed for five accountants, accessible from different devices and without complicated user-side settings.
I will set up a terminal server (Windows Server with RDS or a cloud VPS with the appropriate resources) wherever is more convenient for you location-wise, install 1C and the necessary software on it, and create separate profiles for each employee with rights segregation. Access will be organized via RDP with a VPN connection to avoid opening ports directly to the internet, plus basic inbound protection. After the setup, I will check the connection from a laptop and a mobile device to ensure it works from different networks.
It will take 5 days for everything, including testing and preparing instructions.
I will create the instructions with screenshots step-by-step: how to connect, what to do when changing the password, where to turn for problems, so that an accountant without technical skills can log in by themselves.
