🎬 TECHNICAL TASK: Video editing for AshRise project
🧠 ABOUT THE PROJECT:
AshRise is an English-language YouTube channel about men's inner transformation. This is not motivation, esotericism, or info-business. It is silence, pain, growing up, and strength, presented honestly without faces, without fuss, without effects for the sake of effects.
We create videos that speak about the present. These are slow, minimalist video podcasts, visually built on atmosphere, depth, and rhythm of breathing.
📦 WHAT IS ALREADY READY AND WILL BE PROVIDED:
* Final script in English (first person, personal tone, dramaturgy)
* Audio file (AI voice-over via ElevenLabs — calm, mature voice)
* 10–20 high-quality images per video (in a unified style, for each scene)
🎯 TASK OF THE EDITOR:
Create the final atmospheric video in 16:9, 1080p, based on the provided materials. The footage is assembled from images but should visually feel like a cinema monologue. The viewer should "live in this breathing".
---
🔧 SPECIFIC TASKS:
1. Editing based on images:
* Use our 10–20 scenes/images in a logical sequence
* Add smooth cinematic dynamics:
* zoom, pan, parallax, focus, light transitions
* Organize visual dramaturgy: from darkness to light, from pain to awakening
2. Sync with audio:
* Precise synchronization of audio and visuals
* Work with pauses, enhance meaning through framing
* Background music — emotionally deep ambient, not interfering with speech (you choose the music or use the one we suggest)
3. Final delivery:
* Video should be clean, without editor logos
* Aspect ratio: 16:9, resolution: 1080p
* Output format: .mp4
* Optional: source files (if in AE/Premiere), version without music

## 📐 VISUAL STYLE:
Element / Requirement
| Atmosphere | Silence, honesty, solitude, awakening
| Camera | Only movement through virtual camera (Zoom, Drift, Slow pan)
| Light | Backlighting, light changes (night → morning), patina
| Hero | One silhouette. Face not visible. Main — posture, hands, pose
| Color | Natural, minimal correction, no filters
| Dynamics | Slow, breathing. No cuts, no "effects"
🗂 STRUCTURE OF THE VIDEO:
Each video is a monologue. Visually divided into scenes. Example (1.5–2 min):
* Hook: Close-up of hands in a chair. Shadow. Silence.
* Immersion: Panoramic shot, hero sitting by the window. Internal monologue
* Flashback: Shots with photos, keys, drawing
* Turnaround: He stands up. Looks out the window. Light appears
* Finale: Full dawn. Hero in light. AshRise logo appears
---
🔁 EXAMPLES OF LOCATIONS AND SCENES:
You will work with ready-made frames (or, if desired, help to prepare them):
* Room: chair, window, light
* Morning/evening/night — through light
* Forest, empty park, balcony, car, kitchen — single scenes
* Key objects: drawing, hands, coffee, mirror, photo
* Not "where", but "why it is important" — you create an emotional story
---
🔒 WHAT TO AVOID:
❌ Clip editing, sharp cuts
❌ Animations for the sake of animations
❌ Cartoon filters, effects, overlay texts
❌ Excess sound (bass, transitions, sound design, interruptions)
❌ Background music that "sounds for the sake of sound"
📅 VOLUME AND CONDITIONS:
* Video duration: from 8 to 12 minutes
* Upload: 3–5 videos per week
* Potential for ongoing employment
* Opportunities for scaling and development within the team

📤 FROM YOU:
🎥 Examples of your work (especially in slow, cinematic, visually honest genre)
🧠 Ability to understand and feel the meaning
📌 Willingness to independently bring the video to completion
✅ Experience with AI visuals / static images — a plus but not critical
🎯 Ability to be responsible for atmosphere, not just "montage"
The task is really simple.
We provide voice-over and a set of images (10–20 pieces). You just need to assemble it into a single footage: overlay the sound, match it to the text, and add simple dynamics — like zoom, pan, camera shift, light touch.
All of this can be easily done even in CapCut or DaVinci. Examples of effects:
– "camera zooms in/out" effect — keyframe on scale
– pan — keyframe on position
– light breathing — slight shifts in scale and rotation
No need for 3D, VFX, or complex masks. The visual is already ready — just bring it to life to make it atmospheric and rhythmic.
Average video length is 8–12 minutes
