A 2-minute video in whiteboard animation style with voice in English

TL;DR;
You need to create a video exactly 2 minutes long (no more!). The video consists of 10 informational blocks, each with its own animation (starting from a blank slate, or being a logical or spatial continuation of the previous one - it doesn't matter, it's up to you). Each block lasts 12 seconds (it can be more or less - also up to you, but the total video time should be as close as possible to, but not exceeding 120 seconds).
Also, it is necessary to voice the text in English. The voice-over can be done with a good AI narrator. Good musical accompaniment or light background music is welcome.
Details and information for each of the 12 video blocks are in the attached PowerPoint file. Under each slide, there are additional notes on what is expected for the animation, as well as the text to be voiced.
I am expecting proposals regarding timelines and budget. The deadline for project completion is the evening of Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
