I'm looking for a video editor for regular work with advertising creatives for an e-commerce brand.
I need someone who already has good experience with UGC, TikTok-style videos, Meta Ads, as well as with AI generations and AI tools for creating/enhancing creatives. It's important to understand not just editing, but specifically performance creatives: hooks, dynamics, attention retention, video structure, subtitles, offers, b-roll, before/after, product demos, etc.
What needs to be done:
- edit short UGC videos for advertising;
- adapt materials for Meta Ads / TikTok style;
- create different variations of one video for testing;
- add subtitles, graphics, callouts, simple effects;
- if necessary, use AI to generate or enhance individual elements of the creative;
- be able to work quickly and according to a clear brief.
It would be a big plus if you have already worked with e-commerce / beauty / skincare brands and understand what creatives work well in paid advertising.
Important: I'm looking for not just an "editor," but someone who understands advertising, has experience in e-commerce, and can sometimes suggest how to make the video stronger.
