Videographer / editor (UGC + voiceover + advertising adaptations)
We need a videographer/editor who can quickly and efficiently create UGC videos for advertising campaigns.
We are a project for video greetings from Santa / Grandfather Frost in different languages. Every December, there is a peak in orders, so we value speed, structured work, and the ability to work with references.
Requirements:
Editing short advertising UGC videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok / Meta Ads.
Working according to our references — replicating style, dynamics, storyboarding, subtitles.
Adapting videos for different languages (RU, UA, ES). We will provide or generate texts and voiceovers together.
Correct work with a voiceover artist / synthesized voice:
pauses,
emphasis placement,
editing to timing.
Working with fonts, always maintaining the same style (for example, Visby).
Quick edits: minor adjustments during the process without drama and long pauses.
Desirable:
Extensive experience in UGC creatives for performance advertising.
Understanding of the “observed” style without explicit CTAs.
Ability to work quickly (tasks are almost always urgent).
Attention to detail and aesthetics in editing.
Understanding of TikTok/Meta dynamics.
We will provide:
A folder with source files.
Examples of the required editing.
Clear technical specifications and text.
A constant flow of tasks (December is a very intensive month).
