Video Maker / Motion Designer (Creating Commercials) for Project Launch

Good day, we are looking for a person who can help with these tasks.

• Working with UGC content: Selecting the strongest and brightest shots from the available materials and compiling them into the most effective short videos.

• Creating visual accents: Inventing and implementing features that enhance the script — powerful hooks, attractive offers, emotional elements, and triggers that firmly hold the viewer's attention.

• Managing the full post-production cycle: Creating cool editing, animation, adding dynamic text blocks, effects, and additional graphic elements.

• Preparing a base for A/B tests: Creating several versions of one creative to test different hypotheses (different introductions, design styles, templates, and visual approaches).
