Project Description
I am looking for a video editor for ongoing collaboration on a YouTube channel with analytical and informational content in German.
🔹 Collaboration format: long-term
🔹 Channel theme: analytics, geopolitics, international events
🔹 Content language: German
👉 Important condition: knowledge of German at least at a beginner level to be able to familiarize yourself with the video scripts (deep translation is not required).
Volume and Regularity of Work
🎥 Main video:
— initially 1 full video per week
— after the New Year, a transition to 2 videos per week is planned
📱 YouTube Shorts:
— from each main video, you need to create 6–7 short vertical cuts (Shorts)
— focus on dynamic editing and attention retention
What Needs to Be Done
Editing full-length videos for YouTube (8–15 minutes on average)
Editing vertical videos (YouTube Shorts)
Working with the script and voiceover
Adding visual elements:
— clips, photos, videos
— titles, subtitles, visual accents
— dynamic inserts without overload
Maintaining a consistent channel style

Candidate Requirements
Experience in video editing for YouTube
Ability to work with analytical and informational content
Basic knowledge of German (A2 / B1 will be an advantage)
Responsibility and adherence to deadlines
Focus on long-term collaboration
Work Format and Payment
Payment — negotiable, depending on the volume and quality of work
