Project Description:
I am looking for a video editor and creative content strategist who will create psychoeducational videos based on my psychological analyses of films.
Work format — stable and systematic, 1 article = 1 content package per week.
📌 Weekly tasks (one article → one content set):
1. Video content:
• 1 main psychoeducational video reel (based on the key message of the article according to the script; 45-55 sec, adaptation for editing, subtitles, voiceover,)
• 2 “secondary” video reels (secondary messages, symbols of the film, short thoughts)
• 4 TikTok clips (short emotional fragments of the film + micro-sense; 10–20 sec)
2. Graphic content:
• 1 Instagram carousel (visual psychoeducation on the topic of the article: 9–12 slides)
• 1 explanatory post (short text — summary of the topic, invitation for consultation)
📌 Monthly workload:
Since there are 4 articles in a month, then:
Video:
• 4 main video reels
• 8 secondary video reels
• 16 TikTok clips ➡️ Total: 28 videos/month
Graphics:
• 4 Instagram carousels
• 4 text posts ➡️ Total: 8 graphic materials/month
📌 Skills required for the candidate:
• professional video editing (dynamics, rhythm, subtitles);
• ability to create scripts with scenes from films;
• understanding of the basics of psychological content (advantage);
• ability to adapt text into a script and for editing;
• creating carousels in a clean/aesthetic style;
• sensitivity to trauma topics, psychology.
