Problem:
- when the server load increases, DirectAdmin tries to send messages to all site emails
- however, we do not use emails on the server at all, so all sending ends in error, which further increases the server load and DirectAdmin tries even harder to send messages to emails
- the process loops until the server is fully loaded to 100%
It is necessary to completely disable all DirectAdmin regulations that send notifications about server load.
The programmer under SSH can only kill the process, but it restarts after the server is rebooted.
