Restore 1C database on PostgreSQL

Task Description:

An experienced administrator is needed to restore a 1C database on PostgreSQL. The database does not start either in the configurator or in 1C operation mode.

Problem Details:

• Environment: 1C:Enterprise 8.3, PostgreSQL.
• Error: the database does not open, possible corruption of the structure.
• Backup: not available 

What needs to be done:

1. Restore the functionality of the 1C database.
2. Check the correct operation of the database after restoration.
