Production of a 3D model of relief carving panel for CNC

Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the project executor, who was supposed to reproduce 3D models for table furniture from photos of a gothic ornament wardrobe, for further production of copies from solid wood on CNC. There were supposed to be a total of 9 elements, some of which were repetitive, only changing in size. After two weeks (which were stated for the completion of the entire project), not a single sketch was presented, instead it was claimed that in a couple of days all elements would be provided at once. This did not happen, but finally, after a couple of days, I saw the first sketch and was impressed by how different it was from the original in terms of theme, style, and task. Further attempts to correct it, eventually moving on to the next element, only confirmed my belief in the unpreparedness of this executor for this project. In the end, I wasted three weeks of time. I wish the executor professional growth, to listen to feedback, improve the level of presenting sketches, pay attention to details, and realistically assess their capabilities.
