Fix the bug in Opencart

I need to find out why one specific price list is not loading, while others are working fine. I will check the PHP/Apache logs, reproduce the error through devtools, find where the module parses the file and where it fails. Most often, the reason is in the file encoding, a non-standard delimiter, or a difference in the column structure from what the module expects. After diagnosing, I will fix this specific case without touching the logic for the other price lists.

Please provide access to the admin panel and the price list file that is not loading, plus the error message, if there is one?
