Looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to build a qualified contact list and handle initial outreach.
Responsibilities:
Contact collection: Search LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred) and Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian-speaking Facebook groups in Chicago and Illinois. Extract contacts who clearly identify as:
- Tax professionals — tax preparer, CPA, accountant, bookkeeper
- Life insurance agents or brokers
Qualify each contact before adding — role must be visible and verifiable.

CRM: Maintain Google Sheets — contact info, outreach status, responses, notes. Pass warm (interested) leads to the caller.
Data per contact: Full name · Platform profile URL · Job title / company · Phone · Email · City · Language (RU/EN) · Status
Profile we're looking for:
- Experience as a VA or lead gen specialist
- Strong written Russian and English
- Organised, consistent, communicates proactively
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus
