I need an interior designer to create a realistic visualization of the future design of an apartment with an area of approximately 61 m².
The apartment is currently in an old state, with renovations approximately 20 years old. At this stage, I need not construction documentation, not a complete technical design project, and not working drawings for the renovation, but rather a clear and realistic visualization of the future interior to see how the apartment might look after the renovation.
What needs to be done:
- propose a general design concept for the apartment;
- think through the style, colors, materials, furniture, lighting, and overall atmosphere of the rooms;
- suggest a logical arrangement of furniture and appliances;
- prepare realistic 3D visualizations of the main rooms;
- take into account the actual layout of the apartment and approximate dimensions of the rooms;
- if necessary, suggest ideas for optimizing the space;
- create not just beautiful pictures, but a visualization tied to the actual layout of the apartment.
I have a rough plan of the apartment that I created myself in a 3D editor based on my own measurements. The measurements are not professional, with a possible error of about 1 cm. This plan is needed for a preliminary understanding of the configuration of the apartment, the area, the layout of the rooms, doors, and the overall scale of the space.
For the visualization stage, this should be sufficient. Accurate technical measurements for furniture production, installation, or construction work will be carried out separately by the appropriate craftsmen/furniture makers later.
I can provide:
- a screenshot of the rough plan of the apartment from the 3D editor;
- photos of the current state of the apartment;
- style preferences;
- examples of interiors that I like;
- a list of furniture, appliances, and solutions that I would like to see in the interior.
Important:
I need not just a beautiful picture without reference to reality, but a visualization of the future interior taking into account the actual layout of the apartment, dimensions, room placements, doors, furniture, lighting, and the logic of using the space.
Clarification on the budget:
The budget is indicated approximately, as I am not very familiar with the interior design market. I am ready to consider justified proposals with a different budget if it is clearly understood what is included in the cost.
At this stage, I do not need a complete technical design project, construction drawings, or detailed documentation for the renovation. I specifically need a realistic 3D visualization of the future interior of the apartment tied to my rough plan.
