Хорошо знаком и с УТП, и с УПП (в т.ч. с разработкой компании Ситис на базе УПП под названием УСО (Управление строительной организацией)). Если актуально - пишите, поработаем вместе.
Но, если позволит дать совет, я бы предложил посмотреть в сторону BasErp (пришла на смену УПП, поддержку которой 1С официально прекратила, оставив только обновление регл.отчётности).
