Implementation of AI Call Manager for hotels in Norway
About the project:
We are launching an AI Call Manager solution (based on ElevenLabs and similar technologies) for the hotel business in Norway.
Task: to replace the manual handling of reception calls with a smart voice agent that operates 24/7, takes bookings, answers questions, and can transfer the call to a live employee if necessary.
Who we are looking for:
An integrator/engineer who can:
Connect SIP trunks and set up call forwarding.
Ensure that calls to the hotel's regular number go through the AI agent.
Set up call transfer back to the employee.
Integrate with CRM and third-party services (Booking.com, Google Calendar, etc.).
Work quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
Be available on a long-term basis (support, fixes, scaling).
Work format:
We need not a one-time contractor, but a partner on a permanent basis.
Payment model — a percentage of client subscriptions.
Example:
one hotel = $150–200/month (your percentage),
10 hotels = $1,500–2,000 regular income,
Norwegian market = at least 15 hotels at the start, potentially 200+.
