I am ready to take on the project; I will use Planner + Power Automate + SharePoint.

For each object, there will be a plan in Planner with typical tasks (budget, contract, procurement, installation, control, acts, invoice, closure), each with its own responsible person and deadline. When creating a new object, Power Automate will automatically pull the template and create a folder in SharePoint.

I will set up reminders as you requested - 3 days, 1 day, on the deadline day, and overdue notifications will go separately to the manager.
