Для реализации этой настройки необходимо дополнительное условие предоставления скидки, которое отсутствует в поставляемой конфигурации. Есть механизм создания произвольных условий предоставления скидок с использованием внешних обработок. Вот мне и нужна вот эта самая внешняя обработка, которая добавит необходимое условие предоставление скидки.
