The project was not completed by our fault.
The implementation of the project was expected for 3 days.
I needed time to provide TZ and reserve money.
After sending the TZ (by the circumstances -approximately 4 days after the approval) Anton honestly admitted that he was now loaded because he was expecting to deal with the task in 3 days. I apologized, free as a bonus put the size of the fields - this is what we split up on.
We were happy that Anton did it honestly.
For themselves they found out that it is better to plan the provision of work in advance, so as to avoid such a situation in the future.
My assessment – I highly recommend.
