Make significant updates to the program

I didn't want to cancel the order, I don't really like writing negative comments, but.... The order is overdue by more than 100 days. The person hasn't responded for a little over "a month" on both FreelanceHunter and Telegram, unfortunately completely ignoring. Oh well, it's a pity of course.

The project could not be completed due to the inability to restore the operability of its main part, which suffered critical damage. Despite numerous attempts at diagnostics and troubleshooting, the functionality of key components was not restored. This made it impossible to proceed with the planned stages of development and implementation.
