Updated the server from 16.04 to 18.04 and the vesta panel stopped working.
Reinstalling the panel did not help.
The panel was installed, a password was provided after installation, but it does not work.
Password recovery did not help.

Need to restore the server and Vesta operation.
Currently, after rebooting the server, SSH login is not possible, only access through rescue mode
