Implementation of an AI system for automatic resale with integration into 1C and Binotel.

❗ We consider ONLY performers who have already implemented similar projects (auto-dialing, CRM/1C, repeat sales).

🎯 Project Goal

Automate the process of working with clients who repeatedly purchase the product approximately every 3 months:

• automatically identify such clients in 1C

• make calls

• respond to typical questions using AI

• place orders directly in 1C

🧩 Current Infrastructure

• 1C — client and order database

• Binotel — telephony and messengers

• There is a history of orders and client contact details

⚙️ Main Requirements

1️⃣ Integration with 1C

• automatic selection of clients who purchased the product ~90 days ago

• transfer of client and product data to the AI module

• create a new order in 1C after client confirmation

2️⃣ Integration with Binotel

• outgoing messages (WhatsApp / Viber / SMS)

• AI auto-dialing

• processing incoming client responses

3️⃣ AI Logic

• reminders for repeat purchases

• responses to questions:

  
  

  • availability

  • price

  • delivery

  • method of receipt
    
    

• no medical consultations (important)

• data collection for order placement

4️⃣ Logs and Control

• logging of dialogues

• log of created orders

• possibility of manual intervention by the manager

🛑 Limitations

• AI must not provide medical recommendations

• only information and order acceptance
