A bit about the project:
The site runs on WordPress + WPML (two language versions, ~4800 addresses). The positions are great (median core ranking 2-3), but there is a problem: low click-through rate, narrow reach, and lack of convenient commercial functionality to convert this traffic.
Main point: The audit and strategy are ALREADY READY. We have a step-by-step plan, ready specifications for most tasks, and a registry of all pages. We do not need another audit — we need quality implementation. Of course, we are open to your ideas and adjustments during the implementation.
🧩 Work format: 7 independent blocks
You can take one block, several, or all at once. We will coordinate the work of different contractors ourselves.
Block 1A: Technical SEO and infrastructure (WordPress)
What to do: support the testing environment, set up ~200 redirects, eliminate duplicates between languages (WPML), and fix 404 errors. This also includes setting up Schema.org microdata, optimizing images (WebP), fixing the INP issue on mobile devices (Core Web Vitals metrics dropped), and adapting templates.
Requirements: PHP, custom WP themes (without builders), practical experience with WPML, and a deep understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals (INP).
Block 1B: Interactive components (Front-end)
What to do: create 2 custom elements: 1) a variant switcher on the services page (changing price/composition via CSS, session memory) and 2) Geography Hub (search, interactive map, list of links).
Critical requirement: the content of the geo-hub must be delivered as clean HTML (<a href>) without JS loading for SEO. No use of builders.
Block 2: SEO support (Cross-cutting for the entire project)
What to do: regular crawls, server log analysis, semantic collection for ~30 new pages, specifications for copywriters, title/description, interlinking scheme. Work with Google Business Profile (Local SEO is a priority), competitor monitoring, and position tracking.
Requirements: focus on technical SEO (not just link buying), experience with multilingual sites (1000+ pages), and ability to work with crawlers and server logs.
Block 3: Web analytics (GA4, GTM)
What to do (2 stages): audit current GA4, set up events for existing and new elements (forms, clicks, switches, calculator), connect call tracking.
Requirements: confident practice with GA4 and GTM.
Block 4: Content (Copywriting)
What to do: write Ukrainian texts for ~30 new pages and update/merge existing ones.
Requirements: technically literate language without "water," clichés, and SEO spamming. It is important to be able to structure tables and factual data. (We will handle the translation into Russian ourselves).
Block 5: UI/UX Design
What to do: layouts for mobile menus, tables, service pages, regional pages, and geo-hub (Figma).
Requirements: Mobile-first (2/3 of traffic is mobile). Understanding WordPress limitations so that layouts can be realistically implemented.
Block 6: Web tool with geolocation (Optional / Separate service)
What to do: a calculation service based on geodata. A map with results by address, two-level access (basic/extended via SMS), protection against parsing, request limits.
Requirements: architecture in the form of a separate API (not a WP plugin!), stack of your choice (Laravel, Python, Node). Work with Leaflet / Mapbox.
How we would like to work
Duration: 4-5 months, phased payment for results (fixed or hourly).
Communication: a short sync for 30 minutes weekly. We manage tasks in our task manager or yours (by agreement).
Guarantee: 30 days after the block is delivered for bug fixes without additional payment.
From us: all accesses (FTP, GA4, GSC), factual data (prices, cases), photos/videos, and a testing environment.

What not to propose:
Redesigning the site from scratch, subscription SEO without specific tasks, changing CMS, repeated audits, or guarantees of traffic within specific timelines.
