Скоріше за все не вийде без встановлення додаткових компонентів здійснити перегляд "живої сторінки". У PowerPoint відключена така можливість у зв'язку з безпекою.

Є цілий ряд Add-in які є безкоштовні та які можна встановити. Ви їх вже перерахували у себе хоча є й інші. Але для відтворення у когось іншого також потрібно буде встановити ці плагін.

Теоретично ви можете скористатись якоюсь онлайн платформою для створення презентацій. Це б дало можливість відкривати їх на всіх платформах та не потребувало встановлення компонентів.

Я саме і пропонував вам варіант або з Google Slides або з canva. Якби ви дали той сайт з яким потрібно працювати це б допомогло вибрати кращий варіант. Проблема у тому, що деякі сайти мають компоненти які не зовсім "дружні" для відображення.
В будь якому випадку потрібно досліджувати.
