Проверьте файлы load.php, function.php и посторонние файлы в wp-include как правило в вп вирусах идет подвязка (инжект) реже бывает через файл wp-cron.php и если вы удаляете вирус то он инжектится заново, нужно именно заменить файлы на оригинал и вычистить остальное.
