The customer seems to be good at first glance, but "put a pig" in the form of an incomplete description of one of the points of the TOR.
It was indicated that the site has a plugin installed, you need to configure it. In the process of completing the task, it turned out that the plugin does not have the necessary f-nal and that you need to write your own (membership plugin with its own payment algorithm, registration steps + write a form builder for the plugin), which clearly exceeded the initially specified budget at times (1800 UAH) and this is without taking into account the rest of the points of the TOR.
As a result, they stopped cooperation, because. did not want to increase the budget. I refused to accept payment for the items I completed.
Correspondence was conducted on Skype, so there is no evidence that the customer was wrong in fact. When working with this customer, conduct correspondence exclusively in the work area and discuss all the points of the TOR several times.
