Extract whisper from audio to text format

Audio for 6 hours, mostly silence (noise), but there is a whisper that needs to be made as clear and understandable as possible, preferably to be converted to text through some program immediately.
The maximum size here is 50 MB, so I am only uploading a snippet of the audio.
The most important thing for me is to understand if there is a female whisper there. And the dialogue that was there.
